We were founded in 1976, and have grown to become one of the most highly respected shops in the machining industry. We produce products for a variety of customers including mining, furniture, textiles, defense and machine tool builders.
Over the years, Star Machine has earned the reputation of providing top quality products, competitive prices and "on time" deliveries. Because of these qualities, we were awarded "Supplier of the Year" by Elox Corporation, a major machine building company in Davidson, NC.
Star Machine is constantly striving to update equipment and procedures to meet today's market demands. In 2005, we added (2) HASS SL-30's with automatic bar feed to allow us to be more competitive on high quantity jobs and to enhance both CNC and conventional methods of machining. We have an "in house" black oxide finishing department and access to other plating and finishing processes to meet our customer's needs. Out quality control department is involved with your products from raw material to final inspection with reports available upon request. Our goal is zero defects.
